Refactor parseCycle to handle undefined date/month parts, update CycleInput useEffect to compute cycle string conditionally and avoid unnecessary onChange calls and loops, and use prev state in onChange handlers to prevent overwriting fields. This enhances reliability when inputs are incomplete or modified.
